Full job description

Tatari seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to maintain CRM systems, debug automation workflows, ensure data quality, and support sales dashboards and processes. Responsibilities include CRM hygiene, workflow management and troubleshooting, dashboard maintenance, and operational support such as event prep and onboarding. Requires 1+ years in sales or revenue operations or CRM administration, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or startups. Must be proficient with Hubspot CRM, GoogleSuite, Excel, and have strong attention to detail and curiosity about AI tools. Bonus for familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or scripting. Position is full-time with hybrid work (2 days in office). Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $85,000 plus equity and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Ensure CRM hygiene, including data imports and audits, managing workflows, and troubleshooting issues
  • Monitor, maintain test, and debug automation workflows across various applications, including Hubspot, Zapier and N8N
  • Build and maintain relevant dashboards that track sales activity and pipeline health
  • Support operational tasks that include conference/event prep, sequence setup, onboarding of new sales hires, documentation, etc.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration or related role, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or startup environments
  • Proficient in managing and configuring CRM systems (Hubspot preferred), including debugging and automating workflows
  • Proficient in GoogleSuite and Excel
  • Self starter and detail oriented
  • Strong interest and curiosity in AI tools, in particular for GTM workflows
  • Bonus: familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or light scripting
