Revenue Operations Analyst (1 Year Apprenticeship)

What you'll do

• Assist with basic Salesforce administration, troubleshoot end-user issues, update system fields, and maintain existing dashboards
• Execute routine data cleansing, data uploads, and maintenance tasks to ensure CRM data quality
• Provide daily support to commercial teams to resolve workflow blockers and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical problems
• Support data analysts by handling basic, routine data requests, pulling reports, and validating datasets for accuracy
• Assist in maintenance, updating, and minor troubleshooting of existing Omni dashboards and Workbooks
• Create and update user guides, data definition reference materials, and process flow documentation
• Support onboarding of commercial teams to help them navigate and interpret Omni dashboards

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus
• Strong interest in learning or maintaining BI tools like Omni, Looker, Tableau
• Basic exposure to SQL, data schemas, or advanced Excel is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large, blended datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
