Seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with 2-4 years experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, or Data Analytics. Role involves delivering data-driven insights, maintaining CRM data quality, supporting forecasting and pipeline management, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, and interest in learning SQL, CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), and BI tools. Bonus for experience with Salesforce, BI tools like Looker or Tableau, or SaaS companies. What you'll do
- Deliver data-driven insights to help leadership and go-to-market teams make better decisions
- Partner with North America Sales team to track, analyze, and report on key revenue and pipeline metrics
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality and reporting structures
- Support forecasting and pipeline management processes with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Evaluate go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and commercial programs using data and performance analysis
- Contribute to operational improvements across revenue processes, reporting, and tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to uncover insights
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Interested in learning tools such as SQL, CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), and BI tools
- Curious about how go-to-market teams operate and how operational processes support revenue growth
- Strong attention to detail and care about maintaining accurate and reliable data
- Clear communicator who can present insights and findings in a simple, structured way
- Collaborative mindset and enjoy working across teams and functions
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn and improve processes
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or SaaS companies
