Pacvue is seeking a mid-level full-time Sales and Marketing Enablement professional for the EMEA region. The role involves independently designing and delivering onboarding programs for new hires, primarily customer-facing roles, managing onboarding logistics, and tracking progress. Responsibilities include maintaining and evolving the EMEA enablement content library, localizing US-led training, gathering input to identify training needs, and acting as the primary liaison between EMEA Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Requires 5+ years experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training in a SaaS environment, strong instructional design skills, ability to deliver training virtually and in person, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally across time zones. The position is remote based in the UK.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or enablement/training, with demonstrated mastery of onboarding or instructional design in a SaaS environment
Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design; formal training experience preferred
Comfortable delivering training virtually and in person
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts and timelines at once, independently
Collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different time zones, representing EMEA's interests directly
Proactive, with a track record of taking full ownership of programs and being reviewed only at key milestones
