Full job description

The role involves assisting with daily cash log activities, reviewing unallocated cash, updating payment records in Salesforce, generating reports (client-specific, AR, Cognos), answering internal enquiries, ensuring credit and collection policies are followed, maintaining accurate records, monitoring prepaid advertiser accounts, issuing invoices and collecting outstanding balances, supporting special projects, and promoting team communication. Candidates should have a graduate degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, analytical, Excel and Microsoft Office skills, ability to work independently with urgency, initiative, attention to detail, organizational skills, customer service orientation, flexibility, and good knowledge of accounting principles.

What you'll do

  • Assist in daily Cash Log activities
  • Review unallocated cash and communicate with cash team
  • Update payment records in Salesforce
  • Generate client specific, AR, and Cognos reports
  • Answer enquiries from internal groups
  • Ensure adherence to credit and collection policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Monitor prepaid advertiser accounts during negative balance grace period
  • Issue daily reports for prepaid account deactivation countdown
  • Monitor deactivated advertiser accounts and initiate reactivation if paid
  • Issue final invoices and collect outstanding balances past due dates
  • Support special projects as needed
  • Promote team environment and open communication channels

Requirements

  • Graduate in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with urgency and without supervision
  • Initiative and ownership
  • Detail oriented with passion for accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Flexible to shifting responsibilities
