Resource Advisor

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate data for resource capacity in workforce management tool
• Assist in planning assignments and extensions based on capacity and demand
• Collaborate to review quality metrics trending related to capacity
• Document action items and meeting notes from Resource Management calls
• Review and rebalance capacity across capability areas proactively
• Create job requisitions in Workday to initiate recruitment process
• Support reconciliation of resource-related data sets across departments

Requirements

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of data for resource capacity in workforce management tool
• Assist in planning and process for assignments and extensions of resources based on capacity and demand
• Collaborate with Resource Specialist/Manager to review trending on quality metrics for capacity management
• Capture action items and meeting notes on Resource Management calls with leadership teams
• Assist in reviewing capacity across capability areas and proactively rebalance professionals based on utilization targets
• Partner with Resource Specialist/Manager to understand recruitment briefs and create job requisitions in Workday
• Support processes and tools for reconciliation of resource-related data sets across business units, HR, and finance
