Full job description

Develop and execute business strategy for the service line/function by creating team/unit business plans and cascading to teams. Participate in performance MIS reviews and improvements. Prepare for client reviews and proactively manage client escalations. Lead or assist in proposal development to grow business with existing clients. Implement strategic initiatives including quality improvement and automation. Continuously upgrade service offerings with innovative solutions. Monitor competitor information and share with relevant teams. Develop and coach team members.

What you'll do

  • Develop the business strategy of the service line/function by creating team/unit business plans and cascading to reporting teams
  • Develop and participate in reviews and improvement of team/unit performance MIS
  • Prepare for client reviews or support functional head in preparation for client reviews
  • Proactively avoid client escalations/issues and promptly resolve or channel escalations appropriately
  • Lead or assist in developing proposals, services or solutions to increase business from existing clients with account manager
  • Implement strategic initiatives such as quality improvement, measurement, automation
  • Ensure current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative, market-oriented solutions
  • Stay informed of relevant competitor information and share with corporate planning and other teams
  • Develop and coach team members
