Full job description
Adlook is hiring a VP of Business Development for North America to build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives, manage senior relationships with agencies and brands, and set the go-to-market strategy for the region. The role requires 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within adtech, martech, or digital media, preferably with DSP, programmatic, or performance marketing exposure in a managerial role. Candidates must have a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The position involves entrepreneurial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and travel across North America. The role is based in the US with locations in Chicago, Illinois and Dallas, Texas.
