Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Regional Marketing Manager for North America to drive market engagement across priority accounts and industry communities. The role involves developing and executing regional marketing programs aligned with sales priorities, translating global messaging into regionally relevant campaigns, supporting strategic account engagement, planning and executing industry events, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, PR, and partnerships teams, and serving as the primary marketing partner to North American sales leadership. Candidates should have 5+ years of B2B, field, or regional marketing experience, strong event planning skills, and the ability to work closely with sales teams in strategic account environments. The position is hybrid and local to New York or Austin. Salary range is $115,000-$140,000 plus equity, unlimited PTO, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs aligned with sales priorities and strategic accounts
  • Translate global messaging and content into regionally relevant campaigns and engagement strategies
  • Identify opportunities to deepen Digital Turbine’s presence in key North American markets and industry communities
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to support strategic account engagement
  • Develop tailored content, events, and marketing touchpoints that strengthen key customer relationships
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with customer priorities
  • Define the North America regional event strategy, including industry events, hosted experiences, and smaller strategic gatherings
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to execute regional programs effectively
  • Ensure events drive meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to create regionally relevant materials and thought leadership
  • Work with PR to identify and support regional media opportunities and speaking engagements
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to North American sales leadership
  • Coordinate across marketing functions to ensure regional programs are well supported and aligned with broader GTM priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in strategic account or enterprise environments
  • Strong experience planning and executing industry events and regional marketing programs
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, PR, and partnerships teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
