Full job description
Smartly is hiring a Recruiting Operations Intern for Fall 2026. This part-time paid internship (~30 hours/week) runs from October 6 to December 17, 2026, with a hybrid work model in New York, NY. The intern will coordinate interviews, communicate scheduling details, maintain candidate data in applicant tracking systems, support job postings and recruiting documentation, assist with reports, prepare interview materials, and identify process improvements. Candidates should be rising seniors or recent graduates pursuing relevant degrees, highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communicators, and legally authorized to work in the US. Familiarity with recruiting systems like Greenhouse or Workday is preferred but not required.

- Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
- Communicate scheduling details and updates to candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in applicant tracking system
