Recruiting Operations Associate role supporting day-to-day operations of global recruiting team. Responsibilities include coordinating interview scheduling across global teams and time zones, maintaining candidate and interview data in Greenhouse, supporting recruiters and hiring teams throughout the interview process, ensuring recruiting records and candidate information are accurate, monitoring scheduling requests to meet service-level expectations, supporting recruiting reporting and documentation, identifying opportunities for process efficiency, and delivering a positive experience for candidates and interviewers. Requires 1-2 years experience in recruiting or related roles, experience with Greenhouse or ATS preferred, strong organizational skills, effective English communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and interest in recruiting operations and process improvement.
