Tatari is seeking a part-time reconciliation specialist contractor based in New York City. The role reports to the Head of Accounting and involves assisting with weekly and monthly media reconciliations using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and operating the company’s proprietary backend system. The position requires 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience or a recent degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Business, with proficiency in Excel functions like sorting, vlookup, and formulas. The candidate should be comfortable using AI and automation tools, able to follow instructions for repetitive tasks, and have strong problem-solving skills. The role is part-time, Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pm, with hybrid work requiring office presence about 2 days per week for training. Compensation is $20-$25 per hour on a 1099 contractor basis.
