Full job description

QA Manager role requiring 10+ years experience with at least 2 years in a lead role. Responsible for ensuring software meets client requirements and quality standards within project release cycles. Lead QA initiatives to optimize test approaches and tools. Must have experience with Azure cloud, Azure Data Factory, ETL/data pipeline testing, SQL for data validation and automation, Azure services (Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Logic Apps), test management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail), CI/CD pipelines, data quality frameworks (Great Expectations, Deequ), Python or PySpark for automation, Power BI for visualization, Azure Databricks, SQL Server stored procedures, ADLS Gen2, and scripting (Python/Shell). Good to have ETL tool experience, other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Spark architecture knowledge, ISTQB certification, Agile and JIRA experience, API/SOAP testing, stakeholder communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Responsibilities include leading QA strategy and execution for ADF-based data pipelines, designing test plans and automation, validating data accuracy and integrity, collaborating with teams for test coverage, developing automated validation scripts, monitoring data quality metrics, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards, and mentoring junior QA members. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Certifications: Basic Azure certification, Snowflake Associate/Core. Shift timings: 12 PM to 9 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
