Freestar is seeking a Publisher Support Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, Publisher Support. The role involves troubleshooting publisher website issues, enabling features/products, and assisting in trafficking direct ad campaigns. The position requires collaboration with Yield Managers, Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Revenue Operations, and Publisher Support Engineers to increase publisher revenue. Candidates should have 3+ years in Ad Operations or Yield Management, knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising, CRM software, and strong skills in GAM, Excel, Google Products, and direct-sold campaigns. Technical comfort with ad code and CSS is a plus. Responsibilities include troubleshooting ad quality, implementing new products and placements, optimizing placements and network bidders, adjusting settings, trafficking campaigns, providing reports, and optimizing delivery to meet KPIs. The role is full-time, salaried, and fully remote. Visa sponsorship is not available.
