Freestar is seeking a Publisher Support Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, Publisher Support. The role involves troubleshooting publisher website issues, enabling features/products, and assisting with trafficking direct ad campaigns. The position requires collaboration with Yield Managers, Customer Success Managers, Onboarding Specialists, Revenue Operations, and Publisher Support Engineers to increase publisher revenue. Responsibilities include troubleshooting ad quality, new product implementation, placement requests, data discrepancies, demand implementation, creating and modifying placements, adjusting settings, enabling products, trafficking campaigns, providing reports, creative auditing, and optimizing delivery to meet KPIs. Requirements include 3+ years in Ad Operations or Yield Management, knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, programmatic advertising, CRM software, strong skills in GAM, Excel, Google Products, direct-sold campaigns, technical ability to read ad code, and some CSS knowledge. Additional desired skills include excellent communication, motivation, organizational skills, professional maturity, and teamwork abilities. This is a full-time, salaried, fully remote position.
