The Publisher Services Representative is responsible for reviewing inbound publisher applications and existing publisher sites to maintain the health and quality of the Core Private Exchange. The role involves providing publisher support primarily via email and telephone, ensuring requests are handled efficiently with prompt issue resolution, and escalating issues as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing publisher applications, monitoring partner performance and content quality, assisting new publishers with implementation and campaign selection, and completing monthly projects to meet company standards. Requires 1-2 years client-facing experience, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
