Full job description
Publisher Sales Manager, SMB role in São Paulo office. Responsible for driving new business, managing full sales cycle, and onboarding publisher partners. Requires 1+ years sales experience, strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work with data. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, building relationships, creating data-driven proposals, and collaborating with operations and account management. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Benefits include health insurance.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals
- Identify and engage new publisher partners (online media companies and websites)
- Meet with prospects and close long-term partnerships
- Build strong relationships and understand partners’ business models to craft tailored monetization strategies
- Develop detailed, data-driven proposals using projection models
- Present solutions clearly in-person and via video calls
- Perform real-time media math during conversations to provide accurate revenue estimates
- Collaborate with Operations to structure integrations and ensure fast partner launches
- Partner with Account Management to guarantee successful onboarding, retention, and growth
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales with exposure to full-cycle selling
- Strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and negotiation
- Analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, metrics, and revenue projections
- Ability to translate data into clear business value for clients
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions
