Full job description
Digital Turbine seeks a Publisher Sales Director for its Seoul office to generate new revenue in Korea. The role requires 6+ years of sales experience with proven pipeline development and quota achievement. Responsibilities include building and closing new business with major app platforms, upselling user acquisition campaigns, crafting proposals, becoming a trusted advisor, mastering Digital Turbine’s products and industry, and forecasting business opportunities. Candidates must be self-starters, organized, knowledgeable about the mobile ecosystem, comfortable selling in large organizations, and fluent in English and Korean. The position is hybrid and local candidates only.
What you'll do
- Build a pipeline and close new business with the largest app platforms in Korea
- Upsell new user acquisition campaigns and products to drive broader adoption across Digital Turbine’s platform
- Craft proposals showcasing analytical rigor and strategic sales abilities
- Become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, building relationships across their organization
- Learn client’s business deeply and match with Digital Turbine solutions for best recommendations
- Strategically sell and position Digital Turbine as a foundational advertising channel
- Develop complete mastery of Digital Turbine’s pitch, products, and the wider app advertising industry
- Show consistent and accurate forecasting skills when presenting new business opportunities to executive leadership
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of pipeline development and meeting sales quotas
- Self-starter with energy and drive
- Disciplined and organized to manage pipeline and sales enablement tools
- Good knowledge of the mobile ecosystem including mobile applications, advertising, and measurement
- Learner mindset with ability to develop new skills and business knowledge
- Comfortable selling into large matrixed organizations and gaining credibility
- Existing network or industry experience in ad tech or mobile apps preferred
- Works well in a team and highly collaborative fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken
