Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Publisher Sales Director for its Seoul office to generate new revenue in Korea. The role requires 6+ years of sales experience with proven pipeline development and quota achievement. Responsibilities include building and closing new business with major app platforms, upselling user acquisition campaigns, crafting proposals, becoming a trusted advisor, mastering Digital Turbine’s products and industry, and forecasting business opportunities. Candidates must be self-starters, organized, knowledgeable about the mobile ecosystem, comfortable selling in large organizations, and fluent in English and Korean. The position is hybrid and local candidates only.

What you'll do

  • Build a pipeline and close new business with the largest app platforms in Korea
  • Upsell new user acquisition campaigns and products to drive broader adoption across Digital Turbine’s platform
  • Craft proposals showcasing analytical rigor and strategic sales abilities
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, building relationships across their organization
  • Learn client’s business deeply and match with Digital Turbine solutions for best recommendations
  • Strategically sell and position Digital Turbine as a foundational advertising channel
  • Develop complete mastery of Digital Turbine’s pitch, products, and the wider app advertising industry
  • Show consistent and accurate forecasting skills when presenting new business opportunities to executive leadership
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of pipeline development and meeting sales quotas
  • Self-starter with energy and drive
  • Disciplined and organized to manage pipeline and sales enablement tools
  • Good knowledge of the mobile ecosystem including mobile applications, advertising, and measurement
  • Learner mindset with ability to develop new skills and business knowledge
  • Comfortable selling into large matrixed organizations and gaining credibility
  • Existing network or industry experience in ad tech or mobile apps preferred
  • Works well in a team and highly collaborative fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken
