Full job description

Nexxen is hiring a Junior Publisher Relations Manager in Tel Aviv. The role involves managing top-tier publishers by supplying traffic, growing revenues, and maintaining strong partnerships. Responsibilities include serving as the key contact for publishers, maintaining relationships, managing campaigns, analyzing and optimizing performance, communicating campaign results, understanding publisher needs, exploring new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, multitasking skills, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and Excel proficiency. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the key point of contact for publishers and support them in any aspect
  • Maintain strong relationships and drive assigned accounts to thrive
  • Manage various campaigns, analyze and optimize publishers’ performance
  • Communicate with partners regarding campaign performance and explore new business opportunities
  • Understand publisher needs and tailor the appropriate solution
  • Explore new business opportunities and trends in the industry
  • Develop relationships and work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance, Product, and more
