Manager role leading a global team of Implementation Engineers supporting publisher partners across APAC, EMEA, and the US. Requires 5+ years in leadership managing technical teams, mentoring talent, driving global support processes, change management, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing global operations, providing technical leadership, identifying skill gaps, leading hiring and development, partnering with leadership on strategic objectives, and driving operational excellence. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Location: Gurugram, India.
What you'll do
- Manage the team’s global operation, overseeing implementation support across APAC, EMEA, and the US and ensuring effective distribution of tasks to maximize support for regional Enterprise Publisher Professional Services teams
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, advanced technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Implementation Engineers while building the team’s technical depth
