Full job description
Publisher Development Director role to prospect, develop and close relationships with web publishers, app developers, CTV/Audio publishers and technology platforms for Epsilon’s CORE Private Exchange (CPE). Hybrid role based in London office (4 days/week). Responsibilities include owning end-to-end business development process, managing pipeline of strategic partners, commercial negotiations, privacy assessments, contract execution, onboarding and launch. Requires 10+ years experience in programmatic advertising, ad technology, supply-side monetisation, strong business development and leadership skills, and established relationships with top publishers. Knowledge of Prebid, Amazon TAM, Google Ad Manager, CTV ad servers, OpenRTB, VAST/VPAID required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
