Full job description
Publisher Operations Manager to manage health and performance of Overwolf Ads publisher portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing publisher activity, running network-level optimization investigations, identifying and resolving performance gaps, coordinating with Demand Ops and Publisher Success, using AI tools for anomaly detection and analysis, and managing SSP and GAM configurations. Requirements: 1-3 years in ad tech operations (publisher/programmatic/yield management), hands-on SSP and Google Ad Manager experience, technical fluency with ad systems, strong problem-solving skills, passion for gaming. Bonus: bidder management or direct publisher relationships experience, familiarity with analytics tools.
What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize the health of assigned publisher activity (bidder publishers or Nitro publishers) proactively
- Run network-level optimization investigations, including success rate optimization, and own the implementation of findings
