Full job description
Publisher Operations Manager responsible for monitoring and optimizing the health and performance of the Overwolf Ads publisher portfolio. Tasks include running network-level optimization investigations, identifying and resolving performance gaps, collaborating with Demand Ops and Publisher Success, using AI tools for anomaly detection and analysis, and managing SSP and Google Ad Manager configurations to improve publisher yield. Requires 1-3 years experience in ad tech operations, hands-on experience with SSPs and GAM, technical fluency in ad systems and programmatic workflows, strong problem-solving skills, and passion for gaming.
What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize the health of assigned publisher activity (bidder publishers or Nitro publishers) proactively, not reactively
- Run network-level optimization investigations, including success rate optimization, and own the implementation of findings
