Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a Publisher Operations Manager to oversee and support publisher partnerships on its Supply Side Platform (SSP). Responsibilities include managing onboarding, account optimization, reporting, billing, and communication with publishers. The role requires monitoring data metrics to improve performance and meet KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Business Development, and working with Demand Operations to understand inventory demands and market trends to maximize revenue. Candidates should have 1-2 years of Ad-Tech experience (preferred), a bachelor's degree, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, resilience, and fluency in English. The position is full-time and hybrid, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you'll do

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with publishers, managing onboarding, account optimization, reporting, billing, and ongoing communication
  • Proactively monitor and analyze data metrics to enhance performance and achieve publisher Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Act as a dedicated publisher advocate in cross-functional meetings, collaborating with Accounting, Product, Engineering, Ad Operations, and Business Development teams
  • Regularly communicate with Demand Operations to understand inventory demands and market trends, strategically planning to maximize overall revenue
  • Develop expertise in Nexxen products and technologies to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Ad-Tech - An Advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree - required
  • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills
  • Resilient with the ability to navigate change and withstand adversity
  • Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking
