The Publica team seeks a Publisher Growth Manager to join Publisher Operations. The role involves linking projects, providing excellent customer service, and driving growth and adoption for customers. Candidates should have deep ad tech experience, be comfortable with multiple roles, and have strong client communication skills. Responsibilities include managing publisher client portfolios, training on Publica products, liaising with internal teams to solve complex problems, driving revenue growth, and monitoring publisher performance data to identify issues and growth opportunities. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years programmatic video experience (ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher), knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, programmatic advertising, excellent communication skills, ability to deliver data-driven insights, a history of revenue growth, collaborative project delivery skills, fluent English, and professional German preferred.
