Publica is seeking a Publisher Growth Manager to join the Publisher Operations team. The role involves managing a portfolio of publisher clients, training them on Publica's features and products, understanding client challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions. The manager will drive revenue growth through problem solving, optimization, and relationship building, while monitoring publisher performance data to identify issues and growth opportunities. Candidates should have at least 5 years of programmatic video experience at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher, with knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising. Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver data-driven insights are required. Fluency in English is essential; professional German is highly desirable. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model.
