Full job description

Publisher Development Manager role at BidSwitch (a Criteo subsidiary) responsible for acquiring and growing publisher partners. Manage full lifecycle of publisher engagement including prospecting, onboarding, optimization, monetization strategy, and partnership growth. Requires 5-7+ years experience in Publisher Development, Supply Partnerships, Account Management, or Business Development within AdTech/Programmatic. Strong knowledge of SSP/DSP dynamics, header bidding, OpenRTB, PMPs, and yield optimization. Responsibilities include managing publisher portfolio revenue and yield, driving new integrations and upsell, optimizing supply strategy, analyzing performance trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading executive engagement. What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of high-growth publishers, accountable for revenue, yield, and adoption of BidSwitch solutions
  • Drive incremental revenue through new integrations, inventory expansion, and product upsell
  • Build multi-quarter growth plans and deliver against revenue and performance targets
  • Partner with publishers to optimize floor strategy, demand mix, format expansion, and monetization performance
  • Analyze performance trends and identify actionable opportunities across display, in-app, video, and CTV
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to resolve performance and technical issues
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned publishers
  • Build trust with day-to-day stakeholders and senior decision-makers
  • Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and long-term strategic planning sessions
  • Work closely with Buyer Development, Curated Markets, Commerce Media, Product, and Data teams
  • Provide structured feedback from publishers into product and commercial roadmaps
  • Support PMP packaging, deal strategy, and supply alignment for key buyers

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years’ experience in Publisher Development, Supply Partnerships, Account Management, or Business Development within AdTech / Programmatic
  • Strong understanding of SSP/DSP dynamics, header bidding, OpenRTB, PMPs, and yield optimization
  • Proven ability to sign and onboard new publisher partners
  • Track record of driving supply-side revenue growth through acquisition and optimization
  • Experience at an SSP, DSP, Exchange or Monetization Technology (preferred)
  • Exposure to Curation, SPO, Commerce Media, or Retail data-driven monetization (preferred)
  • Comfort operating in data-driven, highly commercial environments
  • Commercially sharp with strong business acumen
  • Comfortable with outbound and long-term account ownership
  • Data-driven approach to optimization and decision-making
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
