Digital Turbine seeks a Publisher Account Manager for the EMEA team to manage strategic mobile app publisher accounts in Russian-speaking markets. Responsibilities include managing the full client lifecycle, providing strategic consultation, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing account data, resolving challenges, and sharing best practices. Requirements include bilingual fluency in English and Russian, 2 years of ad tech experience in account management or client services, knowledge of mobile ad tech (RTB, programmatic, DSPs, mediation), understanding of mobile app industry (utility and gaming), strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel, and ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid and local candidates only will be considered. Locations: Petah Tikva (Israel), London (UK), Berlin (Germany).

Serve as the main point of contact across top strategic EMEA mobile app publishers and apps - covering both Western and Eastern European clients
