Full job description

Publisher Account Manager role in Gurugram office managing relationships with premium publishers in the Indian market. Requires 5+ years in account management or customer success with digital publishers, proven client management and optimization skills, ability to build long-term client relationships, experience introducing new features with measurable impact, and comfort in KPI-driven environments. Responsibilities include managing publisher relationships, analyzing performance metrics, providing strategic insights, identifying upsell opportunities, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting sales proposals. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

What you'll do

  • Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher clients and strategic media partners
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive optimization strategies
  • Provide strategic insights and best practices to improve overall performance and monetization
  • Identify upsell opportunities and lead cross-functional collaboration to implement new initiatives
  • Act as the bridge between publishers and internal product, support, and technical teams
  • Support the Publisher Sales team in developing compelling pre-sales proposals and strategic plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an account management or customer success role, preferably working with digital publishers
  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and optimizing account performance
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships at multiple seniority levels
  • Experience introducing new features or products to clients with measurable impact
  • Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment with upsell/cross-sell targets
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for impactful presentations
