Project Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Control, monitor, and report on defined project KPIs in alignment with the Project Manager and Account Director
• Ensure compliance with established processes, rules, and policies
• Execute recurring administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle
• Set up and maintain project data in internal tools and systems
• Provide clear verbal and written communication to the Project Manager and account team

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of project controlling and reporting
• Additional experience in project management is a plus
• Strong understanding of financial and business KPIs
• Exceptional numerical aptitude with ability to comprehend, validate, and interpret complex data and figures
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with D365, MS Power BI, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• German and/or French language skills are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with ability to structure tasks effectively and manage multiple small-scale activities simultaneously
