Project Manager I, Engineering Operations Analyst (Atlassian)

What you'll do

• Evaluate technologies, processes, and resources to identify improvement opportunities
• Configure and maintain the spaces within Atlassian tooling based on requests and improvement opportunities
• Evaluate new tooling and features for implementation within existing workflows
• Work with Project Management leadership to identify, create, implement, and maintain new tooling and processes across organizations
• Project manage rollouts including monitoring progress, surfacing blockers, coordinating across teams, escalating issues, and stakeholder communications
• Draft and format large-scale communications based on leadership direction
• Project manage additional relevant projects as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of Atlassian global administration experience, comfortable with making wide-impacting changes to tooling environments when needed
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
• Background in working with Product, Engineering, or related functions preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to create structure in ambiguity
• Action-oriented mindset with a bias for results and scalable process building
• Analytical rigor with the ability to balance insights with pragmatic execution
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across functions
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
