Full job description

Senior Project Manager – Content Technology role overseeing implementation projects across digital experiences including strategy, creative, and website/mobile app development. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, allocating resources, leading cross-functional teams, managing risks, facilitating communication, and maintaining documentation. Requires collaboration with stakeholders and client relationship management. Must have at least 7 years of project management experience focused on digital technology implementations, expertise in project management methodologies, and familiarity with UX design, web/mobile development, CMS, digital marketing, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Position is remote, reporting to Director of Project Management. Salary range $78,000 - $126,500. What you'll do

  • Develop project plans ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and other resources
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure collaboration and high-quality deliverables
  • Allocate project resources and monitor usage to increase efficiency
  • Manage risks throughout project lifecycle to minimize impact
  • Develop and track project budgets ensuring cost control
  • Facilitate communication between project team, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports highlighting milestones and risks
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, requirements, change requests, and decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager focused on digital experience technology implementations
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Familiarity with UX design, web and mobile development, CMS, and digital marketing
  • Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring profitability
  • Ability to identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks
  • Experience managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
