Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a Project Manager for New Formats for Publishers to oversee a large-scale project on the Nexxen SSP platform. The role involves ensuring alignment across product, operations, business, sales, and marketing teams, developing project guidelines and workflows, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to sales discussions. Requires 2+ years experience in adtech with a focus on business development, data, operations, and publisher workflows. Responsibilities include managing project milestones, preparing sales updates, building stakeholder relationships, and making data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes. Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required. Reporting to the VP.

What you'll do

  • Oversee a comprehensive project on the Nexxen SSP platform, ensuring collaboration and alignment among product, operations, business, sales, and marketing teams
  • Develop and implement project-related guidelines, materials, and workflows
  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities including new formats and offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones efficiently
  • Prepare and present updates, insights, and opportunities in sales meetings
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate project execution and continuous improvement
  • Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of expertise in an Ad-Tech company, focusing on business development, data, operations, and publisher workflows
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to plan strategically, troubleshoot issues, and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth, innovation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills
  • Resilient with the ability to navigate change and withstand adversity
