Programmatic Trader Ops role based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid). Reporting to Trader Manager. Responsible for campaign trafficking, performance reporting, discrepancy checks, remnant management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Work cross-functionally with Traders, Account Managers, Data & Analytics, Product, and Marketing across JAPAC. No prior programmatic trading experience required; role designed for learning and career growth into trading. Key tasks include managing multiple campaigns, preparing performance reports, monitoring live campaign performance, discrepancy resolution, supporting optimization, troubleshooting delivery and tracking issues, and ensuring campaign setups are accurate. What you'll do
- Execute accurate, thorough, and timely campaign trafficking across relevant platforms following SOPs and checklists
- Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with high-quality output and attention to detail
- Maintain timeline discipline to meet quality standards and partner expectations
- Prepare and deliver regular campaign performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor live campaign performance against benchmarks and flag issues early
- Perform discrepancy checks between ad server, DSP, and client systems to identify root causes and support resolution
- Work with Supply Manager to utilize publisher inventory effectively in line with trading strategies
- Support mid-flight optimization by analyzing performance data and providing inputs to Traders and Trading Managers
- Troubleshoot delivery, pacing, targeting, creative, and tracking issues collaborating with relevant teams
- Generate and validate tracking pixels for campaign measurement ensuring accurate implementation before launch
- Ensure all campaign setups (targeting, budgets, flight dates, creatives, pixels) are correct and ready for launch
- Work cross-functionally with Traders, Account Managers, Sales, DnA and other stakeholders across regions
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams adapting style to drive positive outcomes
- Bring curiosity and continuous-improvement mindset contributing ideas to improve workflows
- Build exposure to programmatic trading by supporting campaign activation tasks and progressing through learning paths and certifications
Requirements
- Genuine interest in digital media, advertising and/or programmatic
- Desire to learn trading and campaign operations from the ground up
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, tasks, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical and numerical comfort
- Able to work confidently with data in spreadsheets and learn new tools and systems quickly
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
