Full job description

Adsmurai is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager specialized in programmatic advertising to drive commercial growth by connecting advertisers with premium inventory and data-driven activation solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, selling programmatic solutions (display, video, CTV, audio, native, DOOH), designing proposals based on audience segmentation and KPIs, negotiating and managing long-term client relationships, collaborating with ad operations and data teams, maintaining and expanding accounts, monitoring AdTech trends, and identifying innovation opportunities. Requirements include 4 years of digital sales experience preferably in programmatic or AdTech, experience with direct advertisers, ability to explain technical solutions clearly, advanced knowledge of programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Criteo, Taboola, Teads), and proven revenue generation. Preferred qualifications include experience in premium inventory sales, programmatic measurement knowledge, a network in agencies and trading desks, and international experience. What you'll do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with direct advertisers
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Commercialize programmatic solutions including display, video, CTV, audio, native, DOOH, and data-driven advertising
  • Design commercial proposals based on audience segmentation, formats, and business KPIs
  • Negotiate and manage long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with ad operations, data, and strategy teams to build competitive value propositions
  • Maintain and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Monitor trends in AdTech and programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data providers, cookieless strategies)
  • Identify innovation opportunities in formats and buying models

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in programmatic advertising or AdTech
  • Experience working with direct advertisers of all tiers
  • Ability to clearly explain technical solutions to clients
  • Advanced knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Criteo, Taboola, Teads, etc.)
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and closing commercial deals
  • Preferred: experience selling premium inventory or data targeting solutions
  • Preferred: knowledge of programmatic measurement and attribution (brand lift, incremental reach, etc.)
  • Preferred: network of contacts in direct clients/agencies/trading desks
  • Preferred: international experience or working with multiple markets
