Adsmurai is seeking a Programmatic Sales Manager specialized in programmatic advertising to drive commercial growth by connecting advertisers with premium inventory and data-driven activation solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, selling programmatic solutions (display, video, CTV, audio, native, DOOH), designing proposals based on audience segmentation and KPIs, negotiating and managing long-term client relationships, collaborating with ad operations and data teams, maintaining and expanding accounts, monitoring AdTech trends, and identifying innovation opportunities. Requirements include 4 years of digital sales experience preferably in programmatic or AdTech, experience with direct advertisers, ability to explain technical solutions clearly, advanced knowledge of programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Criteo, Taboola, Teads), and proven revenue generation. Preferred qualifications include experience in premium inventory sales, programmatic measurement knowledge, a network in agencies and trading desks, and international experience.
