Tatari is hiring a Programmatic Media Buyer responsible for managing performance outcomes of Streaming TV and OLV campaigns for mid-market and enterprise clients. The role involves planning, activation, optimization, analysis, and client reporting. Candidates should have 2+ years experience in digital media or performance marketing, direct experience with at least one major DSP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. Experience with walled garden platforms and AI tools is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid with 2 days in office in Los Angeles, and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus equity and benefits.
What you'll do
- Own performance outcomes for Streaming TV and OLV campaigns from planning and activation through optimization, analysis, and client-ready reporting
- Take accountability for pacing, KPIs, and issue resolution including identifying problems before escalation and driving resolution
