This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid role based in the New York office with three days in-office and remote work the rest of the week. The role involves analyzing marketplace trends, buyer behavior, auction dynamics, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities and optimization recommendations. Responsibilities include monitoring publisher and marketplace performance, supporting strategic planning and revenue optimization, serving as a subject matter expert on reporting systems and metrics, developing scalable reports and dashboards, translating analyses into actionable recommendations, partnering with cross-functional teams to investigate performance fluctuations, providing data-backed recommendations to improve publisher outcomes, presenting findings to senior leadership, leveraging SQL and automation tools to improve reporting efficiency, and contributing to scalable analytics solutions. Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising or related analytical roles, strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem components (SSPs, DSPs, RTB), proficiency in SQL, experience with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Grafana, Datadog), ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings, familiarity with automation workflows and programmatic trends such as header bidding, and strong communication skills.
