Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks an Account Manager for its Scibids AI business in Japan. The role involves optimizing programmatic campaigns using Scibids AI, managing client relationships, and supporting campaign performance across multiple DSPs including DV360, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Candidates must have 5+ years experience in programmatic campaign management, be fluent in Japanese and English, and work in a hybrid model with 3 days in Tokyo office and 2 remote. Responsibilities include client onboarding, campaign optimization, A/B testing guidance, performance analysis, and collaboration with sales and technical teams. The position requires strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

What you'll do

  • Articulate the value proposition of Scibids AI to support client success and business growth
  • Develop deep expertise in Scibids AI product and collaborate with global teams
  • Lead onboarding for new customers to ensure rapid adoption of Scibids AI
  • Manage and optimize client campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs
  • Advise clients and trading teams on scientific A/B testing for campaign validation
  • Lead pilot review sessions analyzing performance data and presenting ROI cases
  • Partner with client trading teams to deliver measurable ROI-positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to grow and expand client relationships
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve client or technical challenges
  • Deliver proactive, best-in-class customer service focused on long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills
  • Proven experience in DSP campaign management
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other DSPs
  • Experience with DV360 on optimizing YouTube and Display campaigns
  • Accountability and ownership across client relationship stages
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in campaign management or related programmatic role
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with autonomy
  • Willingness to attend client and media agency meetings about once a month
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • Ability to work 3 days in Tokyo office and 2 days remote
