Full job description
Seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to support EMEA clients, focusing on German-speaking markets. Responsibilities include client servicing, media planning, campaign management, technical support, onboarding, training, campaign optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, upselling, and strategic advising. Requires fluency in German and English, 2+ years experience in customer success, account management or technical support in ad tech or programmatic media, exposure to DSPs and SSPs is a plus, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Location: London.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for EMEA clients — agencies, publishers and advertisers, with a focus on the DACH market
- Lead onboarding and platform training for new clients, and provide ongoing hands-on support across Samba’s programmatic product suite and the wider ecosystem
