Full job description
Seeking a senior Program Director to lead Agentic Commerce initiatives involving OpenAI and AI-powered products across Performance Media. The role requires managing end-to-end delivery, commercialization, and scaling of AI products, coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Responsibilities include program ownership, strategy execution, governance, risk and quality management, commercialization, adoption tracking, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of operating models. Candidates must have 7+ years in program/project management with at least 3 years leading complex cross-functional programs, strong digital advertising or SaaS knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience with governance cadences. Partner with Product and R&D to define release scope, gates, and timelines for OpenAI-powered features and platforms

Design, document, and evolve the operating model for AI programs including cadence, roles, decision frameworks, intake/prioritization, and escalation paths
Capture and socialize lessons learned from major launches and embed them into future programs
Champion best practices in program management including tooling, templates, and rituals
Requirements
7+ years of program or project management in tech, product, or commercial organizations
At least 3 years leading complex cross-functional programs
Proven experience in shipping and scaling programs crossing Product, Engineering, GTM, and Commercial
Strong understanding of digital advertising / performance media or adjacent SaaS/platform businesses
Ability to work with senior executives, drive alignment, and hold teams accountable without direct line authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High analytical rigor with experience in revenue targets, KPIs, variance analysis, and action plan building
Experience building and running governance cadences
Nice-to-have: Experience with AI/ML-driven products or partnerships
Nice-to-have: Prior work on self-service or full-funnel / cross-channel advertising solutions
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with portfolio management and AOP planning
Fluency in French is an advantage
