Seeking a senior Program Director to lead Agentic Commerce initiatives involving OpenAI and AI-powered products across Performance Media. The role requires managing end-to-end delivery, commercialization, and scaling of AI products, coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Responsibilities include program ownership, strategy execution, governance, risk and quality management, commercialization, adoption tracking, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of operating models. Candidates must have 7+ years in program/project management with at least 3 years leading complex cross-functional programs, strong digital advertising or SaaS knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills, and experience with governance cadences. What you'll do
- Own the OpenAI program plan from concept to scale, translating leadership ambitions and AOP targets into milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Partner with Product and R&D to define release scope, gates, and timelines for OpenAI-powered features and platforms
- Ensure program plans protect broader portfolio and AOP commitments
- Lead a cross-functional squad (Product, R&D, GTM, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, Ops) with clear roles and decision-making
- Set and run governance cadence including weekly program reviews and executive check-ins
- Coordinate with regional leaders to ensure field readiness including sales motions, enablement, support model, Salesforce/tooling requirements
- Track progress against time, scope, and quality; escalate risks early
- Define clear entry/exit criteria for launches and care periods
- Work with GTM and Commercial to create narratives, playbooks, and adoption programs for OpenAI capabilities
- Define and track adoption KPIs and drive corrective actions when off-track
- Partner with Revenue Ops and Analytics for measurement, reporting, and dashboards
- Act as single point of truth for OpenAI program status for leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain stakeholder map and ensure understanding of OpenAI initiative impacts
- Draft and coordinate executive communications framing context, decisions, and expectations
- Design, document, and evolve the operating model for AI programs including cadence, roles, decision frameworks, intake/prioritization, and escalation paths
- Capture and socialize lessons learned from major launches and embed them into future programs
- Champion best practices in program management including tooling, templates, and rituals
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management in tech, product, or commercial organizations
- At least 3 years leading complex cross-functional programs
- Proven experience in shipping and scaling programs crossing Product, Engineering, GTM, and Commercial
- Strong understanding of digital advertising / performance media or adjacent SaaS/platform businesses
- Ability to work with senior executives, drive alignment, and hold teams accountable without direct line authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical rigor with experience in revenue targets, KPIs, variance analysis, and action plan building
- Experience building and running governance cadences
- Nice-to-have: Experience with AI/ML-driven products or partnerships
- Nice-to-have: Prior work on self-service or full-funnel / cross-channel advertising solutions
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with portfolio management and AOP planning
- Fluency in French is an advantage
