Full job description

The Professional, Publisher Services role at Epsilon in Bogota, Colombia, reports to the Regional Media Delivery Director. The role focuses on driving publisher strategy, inventory quality, and operational excellence within the programmatic advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign and inventory performance, optimizing publisher relationships, negotiating opportunities, supporting publisher/platform integrations, and improving media supply performance. Candidates must have 3+ years experience in programmatic advertising or related fields, strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, trading strategies, and campaign optimization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills are required. Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus. What you'll do

  • Improve campaign delivery efficiency and inventory quality through proactive analysis and publisher optimization strategies
  • Expand and strengthen Epsilon’s relationships with key publishers and SSP partners across LATAM and global ecosystems
  • Identify and unlock new supply opportunities that positively impact campaign performance and commercial scalability
  • Support the successful onboarding and integration of strategic publishers and platforms
  • Drive operational improvements and scalable processes across Publisher Services and Media Delivery functions
  • Become a trusted strategic partner internally for Trading, Account Management, and Media Operations teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, Publisher Services, Trading, Media Operations, SSPs, DSPs, or related digital media environments
  • Strong analytical attitude with proven ability to interpret delivery, inventory, and performance data to drive business decisions
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, publishers, exchanges, PMP/Deal structures, and media quality dynamics
  • Experience managing or negotiating relationships with publishers, media platforms, or technology partners
  • Strong understanding of trading strategies, campaign optimization, and supply-side dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, and evolving environments
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms, dashboards, and data visualization tools is a plus
  • Meticulous problem solver with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus
