The Professional, Client Success role supports client and agency relationships and drives strategic adoption of Epsilon’s person-first digital media solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales, agency partners, and internal teams to convert client objectives into media outcomes, supporting optimization and growth initiatives, synthesizing performance data for QBRs, connecting campaign results to business goals, and developing data-driven media proposals. The role requires 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success, a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with performance data.
