The role supports client and agency relationships to drive adoption of Epsilon’s digital media solutions. Collaborate with Sales, agencies, and internal teams to convert client objectives into media campaigns. Responsibilities include supporting optimization, upsell, and growth initiatives, synthesizing performance data, preparing strategic readouts, connecting campaign results to business goals, and developing data-driven media proposals using identity products. Requires 4-5 years experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success, strong client relationship management, organizational skills, and ability to work with performance data.
