Full job description

Professional Client Leadership role in Brazil sales team reporting to Manager, Client Leadership. Focus on growing, maintaining, and nurturing business relationships and renewing existing accounts in Media, Advertising, and Data platforms. Responsibilities include building sales strategy for Brazil market, managing accounts, expanding client base, developing data-driven strategies using audiences, programmatic buying, and social media, driving product adoption and revenue growth, leading renewals, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires 3 years selling Advertising/Marketing technology products, 2 years in Ad-Tech/Martech or Programmatic sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and intermediate English. What you'll do

  • Help build the sales strategy of the Brazil market
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts (agencies and direct clients)
  • Expand the client base by securing new partnerships
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, campaign briefs, and target audiences
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies leveraging audiences, programmatic buying, and social media
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth by implementing strategic cross selling and upselling initiatives
  • Serve as an advocate for client training and service enhancements
  • Lead the renewal process for existing accounts, surpassing renewal targets
  • Proactively address client concerns and challenges
  • Work closely with internal Customer Success and Operations teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience selling Advertising and/or Marketing technology products, preferably at multinational or leading national companies
  • 2 years in Ad-Tech/Martech and/or Programmatic sales
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Proficient in English for business discussions and correspondence at an intermediate level
  • Proficiency in a Salesforce sales culture
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
