Full job description

Support privacy operations and program initiatives including planned projects and ad hoc efforts. Improve operational efficiency using internal AI tools and process enhancements. Develop and deliver training materials, project updates, and internal communications. Collaborate with Global Security Office, Procurement, and Product teams to meet privacy program goals. Execute core privacy processes such as third-party risk management, data subject requests, and data inventory maintenance. Understand Epsilon’s business operations, products, and data use. Assess privacy requirements and support compliance with global privacy regulations. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5 years in a consultative or senior professional role, experience with OneTrust, familiarity with AI tools like Copilot or Claude, and strong teamwork skills.

What you'll do

  • Support the execution of privacy operations and program initiatives, including planned projects and ad hoc efforts
  • Contribute to improving operational efficiency through internal AI tools and process enhancements
  • Develop and deliver materials and presentations for training, project updates, and internal communications
  • Partner with Global Security Office, Procurement, and Product teams to support privacy program objectives
  • Execute and support core privacy processes including third-party risk management, data subject requests (DSRs), and data inventory maintenance
  • Build and maintain understanding of Epsilon’s business operations, products, and data use practices
  • Assess privacy requirements and support compliance with applicable global privacy regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using OneTrust (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude
  • 5 years experience in a consultative or Senior Professional role
  • Strong team player mentality with ability to work collaboratively
