DoubleVerify seeks a mid-level Product Operations Manager to own and evolve the automation and systems infrastructure supporting the Product organization’s planning and execution. The role focuses on maintaining and scaling Jira Product Discovery automations, Confluence integrations, n8n workflows, and AI-enabled tools. Responsibilities include building reliable automation workflows, productionizing prototypes, developing real-time integrations and data pipelines, implementing health checks and monitoring, creating reusable automation templates, enforcing data quality, and collaborating with IT, Engineering, and DevOps. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in product operations or related roles with strong tooling and automation skills, proficiency with workflow automation platforms, API development knowledge, experience with Atlassian tools, and comfort with AI/LLM tooling. Salary range is $94,000 to $160,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The position is on-site at the NYC Global HQ.
