Full job description

Lead market intelligence efforts to identify opportunities and define strategies for customer acquisition, adoption, and renewal of Microsoft AI products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights from market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to drive Go-to-Market strategies. Develop partnerships across Marketing, Partner, SWE, Design, Services, and Sales to deliver customer value and company growth. Define and execute marketing strategies, customer journey plans, and performance metrics. Facilitate marketing plans to achieve revenue goals. Contribute to long-term product vision and strategy. Deliver sales enablement and field support including coaching and readiness. Develop messaging, positioning frameworks, demos, sales materials, and bill of materials. Requires 10+ years experience in product marketing or GTM strategy, deep knowledge of AI paradigms, and expertise in global product activation.

What you'll do

  • Lead compilation and evaluation of market intelligence to identify opportunities and define strategies for customer acquisition, adoption, and renewal
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop insights from market/user research, competitive analyses, and industry trends to drive Go-to-Market strategies
  • Develop partnerships across Marketing, Partner, SWE, Design, Services, Sales to deliver customer value and company growth
  • Identify and direct marketing strategies for customer acquisition, adoption, advocacy, and renewal
  • Define and execute end-to-end customer journey strategies, create user stories, demos, and scenarios
  • Define Go-to-Market plans including marketing mix, investments, product placement, and incentives
  • Track performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) and act proactively to improve results
  • Facilitate building and executing marketing plans to achieve product revenue goals
  • Contribute to long-term product vision and strategy based on customer needs and market research
  • Deliver sales enablement and field support including coaching and readiness
  • Develop messaging and positioning frameworks, demos, sales materials, and bill of materials

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market (GTM) strategy at scale, specifically within digital advertising, publisher ecosystems, or multi-sided marketplace dynamics
  • Deep fluency in emerging AI paradigms (e.g., LLM grounding, data retrieval APIs, Model Context Protocol, and commercialization of unstructured/dark data) with ability to translate into actionable monetization approaches for publishers
  • Demonstrated expertise in global product activation, taking complex 0-to-1 platform initiatives from engineering concept to market reality, ensuring alignment between supply-side PMs and demand-side revenue goals
