Full job description

Moloco is hiring a Product Marketing Director for Connected TV (CTV) to lead the go-to-market strategy for performance CTV products. The role involves full ownership of product marketing including market research, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, launch planning, and marketing execution. The candidate will work closely with sales, product, and data science teams to drive product adoption and market growth, leveraging AI tools for optimization. Requirements include 10+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior/director role in B2B adtech or digital media, deep knowledge of adtech and CTV performance metrics, proven experience in category creation or repositioning, practical AI fluency, and strong sales partnership skills. What you'll do

  • Own all product marketing for Moloco's performance CTV products end-to-end including market research, ICP development, naming, positioning, and messaging
  • Develop and manage holistic marketing plans driving awareness, credibility, and demand
  • Leverage AI tools to test, optimize, and scale marketing approaches
  • Challenge industry perception of CTV as brand-only by positioning it as a performance channel
  • Partner with marketing research and external partners to develop data-driven positioning
  • Create consistent messaging across web properties, sales enablement, case studies, and other initiatives
  • Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives including sales enablement, events, partner marketing, research reports, and customer success stories
  • Drive website strategy and orchestrate product launch moments
  • Partner closely with sales to develop AI-first pipeline engine and outcome-driven marketing plans
  • Work iteratively with sales and SDRs on pitch development, messaging, and demand tactics
  • Develop battlecards, sales narratives, and ABM programs connecting awareness to pipeline and conversion
  • Serve as liaison between market and product team to translate customer and market signals into product insights
  • Influence and refine product roadmap based on buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and CTV trends
  • Build and maintain cross-functional credibility with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset: iterate fast, experiment boldly, and learn continuously
  • Share learnings across marketing organization to raise AI-first GTM standards

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience
  • At least 3 years in a senior or director-level role at a B2B adtech, martech, or digital media company
  • Full ownership of product marketing motion
  • Adtech and CTV fluency including ROAS, incrementality, attribution, audience targeting, and measurement
  • Familiarity with programmatic and walled garden advertising ecosystems
  • Proven category creation or repositioning experience
  • Practical AI fluency and use of AI tools for messaging, content iteration, and campaign building
  • End-to-end go-to-market execution experience including positioning, naming, launch planning, sales enablement, and content strategy
  • Strong sales partnership experience including pitch development, battlecards, and messaging refinement
  • Demand generation and ABM strategy experience
  • Experience working in early-stage or 0-to-1 environments with ownership and agility
  • Ability to build cross-functional credibility with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Sales teams
