Simulmedia is hiring a senior product operations role focused on automating coordination and operational workflows within the product organization and across the company. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Product and involves building AI agents and workflows using tools like Claude Code, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Shortcut, Google Workspace, and internal data tools. Responsibilities include automating manual product operations, prototyping automation solutions, running operating cadence with product teams, extending automation to client-facing AI tools, and teaching others to automate their work. Candidates must have 4+ years in product management with a focus on product operations at a B2B tech company, hands-on experience building AI agents or automations with measurable results, fluency with large language model tools and workflow automation, strong process design skills, and advanced English communication. Nice to have experience includes advertising technology, TV/media, AI system evaluation design, and familiarity with PostHog. The position offers a hybrid or remote schedule with key hubs in Lviv and Kyiv, Ukraine.
