Full job description

Celtra seeks a Product Manager to co-own the roadmap and develop the Creative Automation platform. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, leading product lifecycle from discovery to rollout, contributing to business plans, and collaborating with customers and internal teams. Requires 3+ years product management or engineering experience in SaaS, ideally with CRM, BPM, or workflow solutions. Must have strong structured thinking, communication skills, experience designing experiments, and ability to simplify complex systems. Prior API/integration experience is a plus. Role is hybrid based in Ljubljana with flexible schedule and benefits including education budget, equipment choice, pension and health insurance, and wellness budget.

What you'll do

  • Find new product market growth opportunities with Fortune 1000 brands and major agencies
  • Co-own and be responsible for the product roadmap
  • Lead full lifecycle of new products and features from discovery to market rollout and client adoption
  • Contribute to business plans, forecasting, pricing, and positioning of new product offerings
  • Work closely with customers on product discovery and new opportunities through alpha/beta experiments and testing
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to drive deals and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Engineering, technology, or business oriented degree or background
  • 3 years+ of general product management and/or engineering experience within a SaaS environment
  • Experience working with CRM, BPM, and/or other workflow solutions
  • Clear and structured way of thinking
  • Strong communication with a proactive mindset
  • Experience in designing experiments and interpreting data
  • Ability to re-engineer complex systems to simplify user interaction
  • Prior experience developing integration and/or APIs (a plus)
