Seeking a senior Product Manager with 8 years of product management or related technical experience, including 3 years leading technical products from conception to launch and 3 years in digital advertising or ad tech. Must have experience in one core Ads Quality pillar such as ads targeting, bidding algorithms, ad retrieval, auction dynamics, or ad creatives. Preferred candidates have a Master's degree, cross-functional collaboration experience, business function experience, and experience delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. Responsibilities include guiding products from conception to launch, connecting technical and business teams, breaking down complex problems, analyzing and tailoring solutions, balancing strategic trade-offs, and deploying AI models across advertising pillars. Salary range is $192,000 to $278,000 plus 20% bonus, equity, and benefits. Location: Mountain View, California, USA.
