Full job description

Klario is an AI-powered, cloud-based intelligent change management platform launching in 2026. This role is for a Product Manager to own a defined area of the product roadmap alongside an existing Product Manager. Responsibilities include leading product discovery with early customers, shaping positioning and packaging, tracking AI and SAP ecosystem developments, defining success metrics, and collaborating closely with engineering and commercial teams. Requirements include experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product management, strong product discovery skills, experience with early-stage product growth, comfort with AI-driven products, analytical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork in multi-Product-Manager environments. SAP ecosystem experience is desirable. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in the Bracknell office.
